Circuit City 'repairs' costs new Civic owner $12,000

This is what I call a nightmare scenario... buying a new car, attempting to hook it up by replacing your dashboard with a new navigation system... and ending up with what you see above. This story is the exact reason why, should I ever decide to finally take the plunge, and purchase GPS system for my car, i'll be looking into getting an external unit ...

I'd imagine somewhere along the line, there'll be a lawsuit and a hefty settlement involved in all this...
