Gareth Pugh wanted to surprise once again the paperists and retailers he invited to his show at Bercy, the Paris sports complex, with a film in lieu of a runway show. There was no catwalk in the venue but several rows of benches before a giant movie screen, onto which Pugh’s name was projected. And in the grand tradition of fashion shows, the 11-minute film started thirty minutes past schedule. Here is the fantastic film directed by Ruth Hogben.
